To be open and honest with our customers and their dogs who would be the most important part of everything we do and not sell anything that is detrimental to the dog or owner".

As part of ensuring we could truly offer a Dog Guru experience and maintain our vision in May 2010 Dog Guru comissioned a PhD student to spend 6 months looking at Dog Guru to see how we could improve our services and what our clients thought of us and our services. Some of these results are below:
