When we were coming up with a Brand Promise we figured there was no point using a service guarantee as you should be 100% satisfied with our service, our training styles and our training notes. So we have come up with what we believe is an extremely strong brand promise to you
We promise that after taking our rounds of training classes (of which are beginners to masters) or recommended private training options that:
1. Your child will be dog confident and understand how to control your dog in the household and in public
2. Your dog will be child confident. Your dog will not jump over children all the time and will not become aggressive while using our training methods
What's more if we fail to fulfill this Brand Promise we will not only refund your money 100% but we will also allow you to access any of our classes completely free of charge to ensure we give you the full brand promise.
