Experience

For the last 7 years I have worked in a large boarding kennel, working with a myriad of different dog breeds, personalities and levels of training. I am very active in agility as the instructor for an introductory agility class, as well as on the committee for my agility club. I jump in and get involved in every sort of dog activity that I can, showing, tracking, helping with litters of puppies and of course helping other people train their own dogs.

Personal

I have always loved dogs and dog training, at the age of 12 I joined up to an agility club with our family Doberman and never looked back. Since then I have dabbled in agility, obedience and rally-obedience with my family dogs. I am currently training and competing in agility with a borrowed Schnauzer and a Giant Schnauzer, and have my own future agility and working trials star Elsie the Border Collie x Jack Russell Terrier in training. I knew from a young age that I wanted to work with animals, and I really love working with people who share my love of dogs. Keeping up to date with all the newest research into canine behaviour and any advances in dog training is very important to me, and having this opportunity to share my knowledge and passion with people and their dogs means a lot to me.
