Payment is required on the day by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Auckland and Hamilton also have mobile eftpos and accept eftpos and credit cards. Other areas credit card payments can be done over the phone.
Cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Failure to give notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged. Postponements can be made up to 12 hours prior to your appointment.
