Stuck! So Jagger is AMAZING! I feel like he’s been such an easy puppy, well as easy as puppies can get. It took me maybe 2 weeks to toilet train him. That was exciting. Part of his success has been due to the fact that he can get in and out of the cat door. Brilliant I thought, until today. My problem is that he is now growing too big for the cat door. I found this out when I could hear him wimpering away……what on earth?? Ahh, Viszla puppy stuck half way out the cat door!!! As my 4yr old would say ‘Silly Jaggy!’ Winter is coming and the door WILL be closed more often, my husband refuses a dog door, he says this is a great way to let burglars in!! So next trick in the book, teach him to ring the bell when he wants to go out! I can see my 1 yr old driving me mad with this also. Here goes….. wish me luck! Jagger makes me giggle often. He is quite a sleek dog and some of his nick names are ‘Slinky Malinky’ or ‘Jaggy Snaggy’. This is due to when he was a pup get his head stuck in some wire fencing……… just being a sticky beak! Also, I have a dog barrier in my car to keep the pooches in the boot, ah not Slinky, he just squeezes through the sides!!! DADA, mid trip I’m on the front seat….. Ah the joys of puppyhood!
